Maximise Motivation
Higher levels of Motivation can be reinforced by gaining an insight into the direction and the way in which your sales executives will most willingly exert effort and also by establishing the needs and goals of each team member. Motivation is a critical, although elusive, component of performance.  If present it will help to promote and sustain high levels of productivity.

The Process

Step 1:

  • We initially identify the preferred operating and working styles of your sales executives.
  • We investigate areas such as an individual's need for independence, need for team support, need for structure, the way in which individuals will want to tackle everyday tasks and other factors including how they would like to progress in their careers.
  • Once this has been established we can suggest modest "extra or further dimensions" that can be added to a job role that will reinforce determination and goal achievement.

Step 2:

  • We identify extrinsic and intrinsic motivations that if added to the job role will not only directly benefit the sales executive but positively impact on your  "bottom line".
  • This strategy will assist the sales director to maintain peak productivity and increased effort.
