A recent government White Paper stated: "Firms which are skilful at innovation will secure competitive advantage: those which are not will be overtaken".

We make use of strategies that have been developed over five years that will enhance vision and expand divergent thought processes.

A recent study in the USA found that:

  • 80 per cent of US companies say that innovation is very important to their business.
  • Only 4 percent say they are good at it...! Similar findings come out of research by the DTI in the UK.

The Process

  • Cultivate problem-solving and planning skills.

  • Explore and broaden strategies that will increase output.
