  • Collect valuable information from scientifically reliable and validated questionnaires that have been accredited by the British Psychological Society.
  • Draw on in-depth one-to-one feedback consultations.
  • Make skills comparisons based on over 10 years experience working within sales teams.

 Step 2:  Beyond measurement and assessment

  • Construct a comprehensive "personalised development plan" this program enables average producers to be transformed into executives capable of surpassing competitors.
  • Each individual profile highlights "specific skills for further development" and includes a step-by-step process that sales executives will enjoy working through. 
  • The programs are structured in such a way that they can be worked through either by the executive alone or, if preferred, together with the support of another team member.
